Transit Accompanying Document TAD

A Transit Accompanying Document (TAD), also referred to as a T1 or T2 document, allows the free movement of non-EU goods between EU countries.

It accompanies the products during transit from one authorised location to another and eliminates the need for paying taxes or duties until the goods reach its destination

It is issued by an authorised consignor or office of departure at the start of transit movement. This document shows the movement reference number (MRN) and a barcode that matches your transit declaration.
